- Research, tendering, and contracting of main contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers.

- Management of contractor, subcontractor, and supplier contracts.
- Monitoring of cash flows and project resources.
- Quantity surveying and certification of contractor and subcontractor works.
- Material receipt from suppliers.
- Monitoring of payments to contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Daily supervision and organization of the project.
- Schedule, quantity, and quality control of the project.
- Problem-solving and management of issues arising during construction.
- Improvement of construction schedule and methods to reduce costs.
- Compliance with the Safety and Health Plan / File.
- Technical operational support of the project.
